Romerikes Råeste was once again a huge success in 2025, and registration for next year's race opens on August 20 at 10:00 AM. The date for 2026 is August 15. On Saturday, August 15, 2026, the toughest obstacle race in Norway will be held again in Nannestad. The courses include a 2 km children's/family course, Råtassen, with about 30 obstacles for children aged 3-10 years, as well as Romerikes Råeste with a 5 km course featuring approximately 40 obstacles and an 8 km course with around 60 obstacles, for ages 10 and 13 respectively. This race gives you the opportunity to take on the challenge with family, friends, or colleagues, or to join Team Romerikes Råeste.
Highlights
- Romerikes Råeste is the official Norwegian Championship in OCR for the fourth consecutive year in 2026.
- The 8-km course is the official NM course that the Norwegian elite will go through, and recreational runners will get to try the same course after the elite athletes.
- It is recommended that there are between 2-4 people on a team, and there are specific categories for small teams and corporate teams.
